Spotlight on Golf: Lisa Sullivan at the Upper Canada

By Casey Leger A former PSW, Lisa currently works as a lab technician. When she’s not
golfing or working, she says she loves to ride her horses. She’s also active in
biking, baseball, and volleyball.

“Upper Canada Golf Course is not only beautiful, but also wonderfully
challenging,” says Upper Canada Golf Course member Lisa Sullivan. “You
could never get bored, even if your ball lands in the same area. Each time
you’re there, it’s always a different shot.”

Lisa and her husband Steve have been members at Upper Canada Golf
Course since 2015. According to Lisa, they typically golf 3 to 4 times a week.
“Golfing is something we enjoy doing together,” she says. “It’s relaxing.”
The couple enjoys walking the course, and they enjoy spending time in Upper
Canada’s beautiful natural surroundings.
“I also enjoy trying to beat my best score, which is 83 for 18 holes,” says Lisa,
who has high praise for the course, the people who work at Upper Canada Golf
Course, and the members who play there on a regular basis. “To be a member
here allows you to meet people,” she says. “The staff is truly wonderful, and Photo Submitted
the people are always making you feel welcome. Golfing with groups of other
couples is a lot fun.”
