Aiden Ravary

This month’s South Glengarry Athlete of the
Month is a dedicated young athlete who plays
both soccer and hockey.
“I play soccer. I started playing when I was
four. I also play hockey on our ODR at home,
and I am going to play Rebels hockey this 
winter.” 
When asked what he loves most about his  

sport, he says, “I love playing sports with my
friends. Making new friends in sports is fun 


too.”
His favourite position is forward. “Forward.
Right wing is my favourite.”
His goals in sports are clear. “I would love to
score a lot of goals. I love to play, have fun,
get better, and learn new things.”
He already has some plans for the future. “I love math in school. When I grow
up, I want to work with my dad at Crossroads Pavement Markings. We paint
lines on the roads. I also love making videos and gaming with my friends and
would love to make some more YouTube videos.” Continued on page 26
