        Local Athlete Rachel Roussy Competes in the Annual


        Mud Hero

        Mud Hero event.  She has been
        participating for the last four years,
        but athletics aren’t the only reason
        she competes.
          “The mandate for  Mud  Hero  is
        charity.  Special Olympics Canada

        Mud Hero is the most fun you will
        ever have covered head-to-toe in
