                                                                                                                          and  the  centre  believes  that  no  child
                                                                                                                          should wait.  So if we need additional
                                                                                                                          people to take care of the demand, we
                                                                                                                          hire them.  We have hired an additional
                                                                                                                          counselor this fall, and the funds will go
                                                                                                                          towards that.”
