he South Stormont Selects
TAtom “C” house team recently
won gold at the 2015 Bell Capital
Cup.
20 teams competed at the House
C level, and the Selects came away
with a perfect 6 – 0 record. To add
to the thrill of winning gold, the
Selects played the championship
game at the Canadian Tire Centre
in Ottawa, home to the NHL’s
Senators.
The team executive, led by head
coach Mark McCosham, assistants
Nick Bissonnette and Brent Mc
Millan, trainer Matt Ware and
manager Liz Bissonnette, had the
boys playing as a team all weekend.
They played their positions, passed
the puck, and cheered each other Atom “C” Selects
on.
Team members are: Heath Strike Gold at
Patterson, Michael Avary, Joseph
Ravary, Ian McCosham, Coen Bell Canada Cup
McMillan, Cullan Wheeler, Cole
Lalonde, Owen Beauregard, Lorne Selects Work together to win Gold.
