Marathon in May on my way to
hitting my goal of sub 2:49 to

For the second half, Lafleur
shifted to ultra training for UTMB.
“I actually did a lot less running
and focused more on climbing,”
he explains. “Monday to Friday,
I did 1 hour 15 minutes on the
StairMaster to train for elevation.
